Prices include applicable taxes.
Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation by email.
4.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are not allowed except in cases established in consumer regulations or due to cancellation of the event.
If an event is cancelled, a refund of the amount paid or the possibility of changing the date will be offered.
In the event of postponement of the event, the ticket will be valid for the new date.
4.3 Access to Events
The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee access if the user violates the rules of the event.
Entry may be denied to people who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or who represent a risk to the security of the event.
Serenity is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Pricing and Payment Policy
Prices of products and services may change without prior notice.
Payments are made through secure and certified payment gateways.
Serenity does not store credit/debit card information.
In the event of detecting fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and take legal action.
- Liability and Exclusion of Warranties

Serenity does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruptions, errors or technical failures.
6.2 Security and Damages
Serenity is not responsible for viruses or damages that the user may suffer when browsing the site.

Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on the Defense of Consumers and Users.
For any dispute related to these terms, the parties submit to the courts of Marbella, Spain, unless the current regulations indicate another mandatory jurisdiction.
